PRINTING
Very frustrating not to be able to print schedules such as 1) Detailed Tax Summary 2) Year by year comparatives 3) GST credit repayment schedule 4) Ontario Trillium Benefits payment schedule 4) Net file confirmations which was available in prior years.
I don't understand why this issue has not been addressed as it has been a source of complaints for some time now.

Not so intimidating !
Doing your own income tax preparation should not be difficult. Unfortunately the government has made it so. TurboTax has mitigated some of that confusion. Simple questions have made it so much easier to tackle personal taxes, but still a challenge to keep up with the folks that put the tax forms together.

better than the last year one
Tne netfiling part is a bit confusing for after providing confirmation number for a return being net-filed, your software is setting up a new Netfile stage asking whether a user is "Ready to file"?

Needs work
Few things
First, some of the boxes in your forms have too short a maximum for description. Didn't have enough room to put name of employer as well as some of the other forms.
Second, since the purchase of Turbo tax is a tax deduction why don't you have a question as to how much we pay for it so that you can carry this amount to the tax form under carrying charges.
Third, Don't like to see the words COPY when I save a copy of the tax form for my records. You never use to do this.

A little confusing at the end.
I found the tax preparation software had a familiar feel to it. I was confused at the end as to whether I had actually net filed because it was giving me a screen with a confirmation number and then giving me the option to netfile. I think I did it right but it was very confusing.

Good easy program
This is a good easy program for everyone regardless of their experience.
It has a couple of things that could be improved.
1. You cannot open a previous year return in the current year version you are using. You need to go into the previous year version to open previous year returns.
2. You cannot look at more than one tax return at the same time, and need to close the return you are working on, in order to look at another return.
This is time consuming and can be frustrating.
Otherwise a very good product, recommendation is buy as the price is right.

UK Pension transfers
This is not a good product for inputting information when you have a UK (or other country) pension transfer. Even with a call to the CCRA Tax help line, it was difficult to get the information into the lines that I was told to use. I even went and picked up a paper guide and tax form to see if that would help.

Improving Every Year
I like the way the enclosures list does not print on the forms we keep for ourselves. I have a lot of friends who are not on the internet, and I must print a copy for them to keep, as well as a copy to mail in, so any improvements in this area are well received.

Happy Customer
I have been using this product for many years and I have not been disappointed. I have also been using another tax program made by Turbo tax and It has made my job 100 percent easier. I would reccomend any of the Turbo Tax products to everyone who wants to submit their taxes with less stress.

Seriously easy to use
It's easy to use, only that u have to read each question carefully and answer correctly or help is easy to access at each step too. I recommend doing this urself rather than using a professional. With this, you exactly know what you are submitting.

PDF file saving
I found this part of the program very distracting and unnecessary, as it does not let you go to the end of the program to review your forms and seems to be stuck at this point and is very confusing and should be removed or be able to skip this part of the program.

GOOD USER FRIENDLY PROGRAM
I have been using CanTax/QuickTax/TurboTax since 1988. The program is user friendly and very accurate. I have tried other tax programs but I find TurboTax the easiest to use.

Add Interactive Brokers downloads for CANADA!

Excellent Software Maturing over the Years
I have been using Impôt Rapide/TurboTax since it exists. I used the Mac version as long as it existed, then I installed Virtual PC and later Parallels Desktop, so I could continue to use TuboTax on my Mac. The software is now mature, with very very few oversights. Congratulations.

Useful Tax software, Save Your Money!
It's professional software, gave me lot of information thatI didn't notice with other tax software. It worth the money, I have to say.
Two things may be improved in future:
1.It's only using first names during the whole process and became so confusing as my hubby and I have same first name;
2. It's slow. It took a lot of time when I went back to correct some information.
Overall, it's good and I look forward to seeing it to be better.

Because had standard version on computer prior to putting on home and business edition was a real problem getting home and business loaded onto computer. Intuit help desk rep however was very helpfull.
Liked the many features of turbo tax such as help and online community questions and answers.
