I have used Turbotax since 2013 without any problems. It seems that the program has changed so much that there is nothing but problems. I even had turbotax technical reload the program (desktop) to try and fix the problem and they said it would be fine now, but the issue did not change, When try to print both spouses returns it would keep printing the one spouses return over and over, no matter what you did, and to print out a confirmation it started using 5 pages to print. The first return went fine, after that UNBELEIVABLY HORRIBLE

Excessive Printing
Although Do Not Print Open Unused Pages was selected, Every Return Printed had Multiple Unneeded (BLANK) Pages. EXAMPLE: "Principal Residence Designation Worksheet" It clearly reads, "Complete this worksheet IF you disposed of a property...." Noting was disposed of, yet the pages were printed. That's ONLY a Small Example

Bad file.
Every time I get to the "Review" stage, the software erroneously reports that a question is not answered and stops progressing, so, I am unable to complete the filing.
I keep trying to get help, but Intuit's community ignores me. -- Really lousy service! -- I've been using Intuit since 2094 and they have never been this out of touch before.
I'm very disappointed.

Frustrating Product
Program requires fields to be populated, yet when they are, the program does not recognize it. Eg. enter 0.00 into a field and it will not allow the user to progress. Another situation: program asks if you want to be entered into the CRA's installment program, yet the return is showing a sizable refund.

Cannot EFile
This software is only good if you are filing your own returns as it is only "netfile" approved.
If you are a tax preparer and do returns for clients - you cannot "efile" their returns.
If you "netfile" them you are subject to penalties by CRA.
Something Turbo Tax needs to fix
I will not be purchasing for 2016

Repetitive Problems
Every year (for the past 10 years), there's been problems with printing. The program really needs to be fixed to select/enable the printer anywhere. It's ridiculous that it can only be selected when you open the program and after you do an update, you shouldn't have to select it again. There is also serious issues with opening and exiting the program this year. I had to re-activate the program each time I used it and every time I went to exit, I got an error message. Time for some new programmers.

Time consuming
got the minimum taxt return possible and took over 1 hour to file, plus updates log ins, I miss going to an accountant and spending 10 minutes tops in there

Security Risk!!!
Have to be on internet to save Quebec data!!!!!
That's crazy!!!!! I use a data machine ONLY for data!
Don't need exposure to all the malware/ virusus/ trojans
Will NOT be using this program next year, because of that!
