Easy to Use
Turbotax is easy to use and has a layout that mirrors the actual tax forms. Transferring information from one year to the next is very helpful. The cost of the program is more than others available on-line (often for free) but for more complicated returns Turbotax is the way to go.

very easy to use
I've been using the online version for as long as its been around and even before that when it was "quicktaxweb"
because so many family members ask me to do their taxes thought it might be easier to get a multi-person one and see how it goes.. although its the same software i actually like this one better. i like not having to enter a password and remembering a password for 8 different people every year, and if i forget i have to remake an account all over again. that's annoying and I'm lazy

Good product
This is great software. The only thing I found challenging is the Netfile process. I would like to be able to save the file and Netfile from another, more convenient computer.

Turbo Tax Software
This software is very user friendly. You do not have to be a tx expert to use and do your taxes yourself. With the cost of preparing your income tax returns becoming more and more expensive, Turbor Tax is worth it.

VERY HAPPY AFTER FIRST RETURN
I have been using a different tax software for over 20 years, and decided to go online and see what others were saying about various tax software. Intuit TurboTax got good ratings, and I found that for roughly the same price, you can prepare an extra 5 returns. I purchased it at Staples, and it was very easy to download from Intuit's website. My first return has rental income, and fishing income, and I must say that I am quite satisfied with the end result. Things will get even better after my initial learning curve. Who says that you can't teach an old dog new tricks!

Good Product
I have been using this product fro many years and find it very convenient, user friendly and easy to compile. In the event I made a mistake with my input I am reminded about it while reviewing or netfiling. It looks at everything and ensures that one set of numbers correspond in other parts of the woksheet.

Great application for Tax Return
Very easy to use.
For couple's return easily allowed comparisons of various what ifs to get maximum back.

User Friendly
This tax software is a breeze for anyone who know how to use keyboard and mouse. Everything is self explanatory and easy to use and understand all the concept and details. Highly recommend for anyone who want to do their tax return on their own without going to a tax consultant to complete.

Very nice changes this for 2017 tax year
I really liked this years TurboTax 2017. I found it easier to read for someone older with tired eyes.
I liked the improvements in readability, as previous years had a very small font which made it very difficult for someone with less than perfect vision.
The application was easy to use and navigate. I really like it as it made my task easier.

Would be nice to have a review feature eg checkmark, so that when I review a return I can check off the items on the return to the appropriate slips. I know that some software programs used by professionals have this .feature.
As it stands now I have to print off the return and check off the items on a draft copy before finalizing. I am a retired public accountant

Does the job
Great application, makes the painful job of doing taxes a breeze! Lots of guidance on topics you may not be sure about and helps you to maximize your refund. Eliminates the need for using an accounting company and helps you understand more about your return. Was thrilled to now be able to import T4 and T5 slips right from CRA - saves so much time! Being able to file my return from start to finish in just over an hour from home is life changing!
