Very easy to use
TurboTax Basic 2018 is very easy to use and affordable, which is why I've been using it for the past 5 years. The questions are written not in a confusing way like previous versions. The layout is easy to see and follow for my old eyes. I'll continue to use TurboTax next year.

TT is Simply the BEST
TT Basic is Simply the BEST and you just gotta love the price. I'm retired now so I have to time to enter all info into Basic. Years prior I would always use standard which brings up all personal info from previous year return.
I started in the late 1900's using QuickBooks, then once QuickTax was released in Canada I started using that and have continued as the name changed to TurboTax but still the same great easy to use product I started with over 20 years ago.

Great Product!
I have used TurboTax to prepare my personal income tax returns for several years. It is very user friendly and prompts you if you have missed something or made an error. It will import information from CRA to pre-populate the information for the tax year, rather than having to type in each and every entry. After completing the return, it is very easy to NETFILE it to the CRA.

Extremely useful and helpful.
I have been using TURBOTAX for multiple years. I used it, through at least 3 name iterations, to learn to fill out my tax forms by reading each line and checking the supplied line help. I would definitely recommend this program to all.

Great Value
This gets simpler each year. Only drawback is handling of Charitable donations, it's a little more hidden than the standard version , but still simple to switch from spouse to self and see the difference.

Great tax return product
This was our first time using Turbotax. We were nervous at first but once we started, we were surprised with how easy it was to do. We plan to use this software for future returns as well.

Best Tax software for years
I started using Turbotax for my own tax returns when I retired from public practice as a CPA. It has never steered me wrong and has even caught me a few times when I missed something important. I really like that I can keep a PDF copy of my tax return as well as a hard copy.

I have been using this since before it was called Turbo Tax. I can do my taxes in one sitting. It will transfer my info from previous years and it will download slips from CRA. It practically inputs everything for me. It is a must for anyone. It makes it easy to do your taxes on your own. Why pay to have someone do them for you?

Needs more info in "Help"
Great product, easy, and affordable, but I had difficulties inputting my rent returns because the columns were not filling in when I was "saving and closing" so I had to override and input it myself. The "HELP" section did not help because all solutions were for the old TurboTax, but great other than the rent section and the help system.
