Easy to use.
There's not much to say as we've been using TurboTax software for over a decade (IIRC). My only complaint is TurboTax software is not compatible with Linux operating system as my household have entirely switched to Linux Mint. I had to dig up an old PC to install Windows 10 just to be able to use TurboTax.

Great deal
For simple returns, this is great. The downloadable version is the best. Gives you 12 free returns for individuals with income less than $25000. Online version does not. Online version is terrible, cumbersome to navigate, can't see forms

So Easy
I used the basic version which is free because I have a simple return to do. Following the steps in TurboTax is easy. I have used it in the past and will continue to do so. During my use, I had a few issues (on my end, not theirs) and used their Customer Service twice. 1st time, online I requested a callback and rec'd call in 2min and they were very helpful. 2nd time, I called in and also had great service. Highly recommend!

Works great after CRA certifies locked forms
I didn't mind waiting for the CRA to certify the capital gains forms which were keeping me from filing my 2024 return. I am happy that, like in past years, my TP-926.6 form got generated and saved in my PDF archive.

Worth every cent
Look, every year before Turbo Tax filing income tax was always a pain. Now its a pleasure well, especially if there's a refund. Just kidding, but I think it's the best thing since sliced bread.

Experienced tax preparer
Before changing careers i used to prepare over 1,000 returns a year, most basic but a few complex ones. Turbo Tax has all the basics and most complex areas covered and is very easy to use.

Easy to use
I have used Intuit Turbotax ever since I found out over 10 years ago. So easy to use, just filling in the boxes and if you miss something, you get a warning so you are relatively error free.
