i never have any problems this year my taxes were not recieved i had to redo weird even though turbo tax sent me a thankyou for doing my taxes through them may 11 now june 21 and cra not recievge anything and i also no confirmation hopefully this ime is all good

Been using this for 20 years+
I have been using this application for over 20 years. I do my own taxes, my parents-in-law taxes, and that is it. Standard works best for me because it gives me the number of returns I need to complete my tax requirements.

I've been using TurboTax for ... 10? years, and I like it. However. ;o)
Ease of Use: It is not always clear how to enter some information, such as donations. I've been forced to make notes, so now I'm good, but it could be more self-evident.
When I tried to use Autoload, the CRA login process (not your fault) was absolutely horrible, and the Autoload ultimately failed.
you can Netfile file with CRA without my login, so why not do the Autoload without having to go through it?

Very Good Value
Very easy to use...until CRA refused to accept my efile as i had to perform an 'override' which i did not understand....so i started over again and the original error was somehow resolved. A bit frustrating, but not Turbo's fault.
Otherwise, return easily done i less than half an hour, for a mere $20 :)
