Very Good Tax Software
I have used, rather tried, other tax software and went back to TurboTax. I have also used TurboTax for previous returns and find it overall very easy to use and find the warnings within the process very helpful. I would recommend this software to anyone.

Saving PDF File
I was trying to Netfile a return and I also wanted to save a PDF file as backup. When I went into the save a PDF I could not get back to the Netfile option. It kept directing me to print.

Great Help

Great for low level thinkers
Being a very busy person like one such as I is, I don't like to use a lot of energy or time on tedious tasks like taxes. TurboTax takes the thought process out of the equation and makes everything an easy fill in the blank or click yes/no question.
simple and user friendly like an old Atari 2600 control stick you don't have a lot of ways to screw things up without a lot of effort on your part.
TurboTax made doing something that seems ungodly boring and difficult, (taxes) into something so easy a 5th grader could do it.

ME DO TAXES?
For years and years my poor Mother, god rest her soul tried to teach me how to do my income taxes. Every year I screwed up and every year became discouraged, when my Mother passed away I was determined to do it for her! Consistance is key
I've been using Turbo tax for at least 4 years. I have been more than happy to use this mode of help on filing taxes. I have never received a letter stating I messed up or that I need to pay the revenue because of errors. I have been really happy, that I recommend it to all of my friends, when they ask for advice on who to go to, to do their taxes.
