Sooo Easy!!!!!
I have a basic tax return. From start to finish....with all forms, printing and filing 1 hour!!! and my taxes were filed.

Easy Peasy
Ease of use is very good. I have used this software since Home Tax, however since it became Turbo Tax I seem to miss the Property Tax Form and end up doing an override? Am I missing something in the interview?

Great Value
Have been purchasing this product for at least 12 years now. This year we installed, entered our information, and used CRA's Netfile service, and the whole process took less than 25 mins. I spent more time double checking thats how fast and easy it was.

Using this product is very simple and easy to do..
If its your first time using the software you won't have any problems at all its all step by step...i would recommend this to everyone I know for doing their own taxes and by doing so you save some money..

Great purchase
This is so easy to use. It's hard to go wrong because it asks you all the pertinent questions.I have used this for several years and have never had any questions asked by revenue canada and always received exactly the refund or due amount to the penny. I love it.

Works OK
I've used TurboTax a lot, it's easy to work with. I got in a jam and let things slide too long. Sorta unhappy that I can't NetFile older stuff, my fault though, should've got to it sooner.

Great except 1 issue
Everything was easy and straightforward...the only issue is that if you want to reduce CCA to zero, or any other value than the calculated amount, you cannot Netfile. There are instances when taking CCA is not beneficial, therefore the program should allow for this adjustment.

I used Turbo Tax Standard for a while and liked it very much, but my taxes are very simple and thought I would try the less expensive Basic. I would have like to have seen the format I would see in Standard be the same in Basic (e.g. entering in the T4 info).

Multiple use is difficult
Prior year tax licence is for four returns, but you really have to search for how to do them on the same computer! I managed to find the way with the 2020 return, but it was by no means obvious or easy to do - which is strange because everything else is quite simple.

Check pricing before using!
I found it was cheaper to purchase the basic version than it was to use the online version. Shop around before buying this. Otherwise, program works great.

Review of Turbo Tax 2019
Very easy to use. Love this program. Only issue I had was when I upgraded to Standard and paid for it, I did not receive an upgrade code, called and spoke to someone for two hours, she was unable to get me the code, beyond frustrating!! Wasted money on the upgrade as I could not access it.

Needs improvement
The problems I had were searching for where to put expenses such as Turbotax cost, and the open form windows were too small and NOT expandable...........or is that a design feature to upsell from Basic????
