DIFFICULT FOR VISUALLY WEAK SENIORS
As retired senior I found that the font size was too small for my weak vision.
Hard time reading forms after all I am 76.
Maybe, you can attach a tool for those of us with
old weak pensioner eyes. :)
Otherwise
This is a great product and would recommend to anyone
especially those who have never filed over internet.

Missed the mark
The basics are there, what they dropped the ball on was the auto import feature. available not available in the 4 return version of their software, must purchase the 8 return...even though we only do 2. only a minor inconvenience as I had the info from last year so it was only another 20 minutes or so transferring but it sure is handy to have that. my recommendation is to include the auto import last years user data into every version of turbo tax

Very Easy to use (with some issues)
Overall very easy to use.
This product allows ANYONE to prepare their own taxes.
Only issue is with printing to PDF, I had some minor issues.

Good ease of use
I've used this software over the past 5 or 6 years and it has always worked well.
This year's version had me check my provincial tax forms for some reason. This differed from previous years and I'm not sure why the change. It seemed to be there to prompt you to upgrade if the review of the tax form confused you.
Other than that a good product as usual.

Hassle-Free Taxes
It's super easy, well explained, and sends everything electronically (if that's the option chosen) quickly.
Truly a great, hassle-free product that is well worth the price for the sort of income taxes me and my husband need. No frills, no headaches (and that's counting the screaming kids running rampant). Best Tax Season ever!

Requires Full PC Support
TurboTax is always a good product for doing your income tax, however, we are in 2017 and therefore should offer full PC support by now. Windows, OSX and Linux.

Please Fix Rent Input
The biggest hassle with your product, year after year, is that it makes it difficult to put in a rental amount for property tax. I always have to google it and get frustrated, and only caught it because I review all of my forms in the software and noticed the application for more credits.
If you could make it a question, or even just link the pink ontario tax form so that it takes you to the place to enter your rent (instead of telling you there's an override and then refusing to direct you) it would save a great deal of time - especially considering there are 50 or so pages of the same question on just your forums, let alone others.

It would be helpful to have a numeric pad pop up when a data cell is selected. One can then use the curser to punch the numbers out on the pad. The NumericalPad application fills the selected field as the numbers are punched. This avoids having to abandon the mouse and go to the keyboard to select numbers.
As it is now, you select the data field with the curser, you look at the document from which the data is to be taken from, you drop the mouse, move your hand to the keyboard, select the digits, press enter to leave the field. With a keypad app everything is done with the curser.

Step Backwards
The NETFILE procedure is far more complicated and confusing than it needs to be. The forms are not intuitive. Do not insert feedback questions in the process flow. Looping for multiple NETFILE passes when only one return has been entered is confusing.
It was much simpler and easy to use in 2014

I have capital losses to bring forward from previous years and I found it very confusing to complete the forms, I have left it out and will have to ask for a reassessment, otherwise the forms were easy to use
