I've beern working on my return now for days .
There is no indicator in your product that insures that revenue Canada received my return. I was told that there is a confirmation # but as of yet haven't been able to reach this step. Extremely frustrating.

Underwhelmed
TurboTax makes it easy to put data into the interface but next to impossible to make changes after. It does not allow for all of the possible cases and is not flexible enough to make the necessary change.

DO NOT BUY
DISAPPOINTMENT AND FRUSTRATED
HAD TO OPEN EACH INDIVIDUAL FORM I NEEDED AND MANUAL FILL IN THE LINE ITEMS.
WAS ONLY ABLE TO DO THIS DUE TO MY NUMEROUS YEARS OF EXPERIENCE IN FILING PAPER TAX RETURNS.
VERY DISAPPOINTED THAT WHEN I CALLED FOR ASSISTANCE I WAS CUT OFF TWICE AND HAD TO TRY A THIRD TIME. THIS TOOK 2.5 HOURS.

What happened to this great product!?!
Used Turbotax for years. Did not use it for tax year 2015, then this year it was totally different. Progression through steps was needlessly confusing, not enough information given.
Go back to the 2014 interface!
Terrible, will gladly pay a professional from now on.

Extremely Insecure
For many years I have used your products but this will very likely be the last. The primary reason being your choice to block Windows XP. I have an XP desktop computer behind multiple firewalls in my home. I therefore put all my financial records on that and only that device. Nor do I use banking aps on my smartphone. I also have a windows 10 laptop, however I travel with my laptop and it often sits in a hotel room or unattended in a parked car. Compared with my desktop the likely hood of my laptop to be lost of stolen very high giving a thief direct access to my financial records. I see this as an unacceptably high security risk and can't in good conscious continue to use your products for this reason, and this reason only. Once completed I transferred saved files to my XP then uninstalled but will fear some file has been missed

I have used Turbo tax for 3 years now and this year I could not efile because I have Windows Vista. Your package never staed that your software was not compatible with windows vista. But once bought and in the program, you warmed many times. But I had already bought the sorftware. Your package only says you recommend certain operating systems. I am a senior and would have liked to netfile. Now I have to package everything and mail it in. Very inconvient and time consuming.!!!! I wont be purchasing turbo-tax next year. I know Mac users have said the same thing.

difficult to navigate
Compared to previous years when I have used other programs, I found this very difficult to navigate, search and generally move around. I do a total of 5 tax returns every year and this is by far the worst year due to this program..

frustrated
I've been using TurboTax for a number of years but this year something has changed. I wasn't asked if I wanted previous personal information retrieved and put into the new return. Every time I tried to print a General T1 form no information was included in the refund page though the info was shown on the screen. Tried numerous times to print but it wouldn't work, finally had to 'print screen' the form and paste it into a Word document to be able to print it outl

Horrible info with this return
This program kept telling me there are errors in the information I put in. There are NONE. It also told me I cannot Efile because of the errors. TOTAL WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY!!!!

Frustrating program
Very restrictive program, tells you something is wrong but does not intuitively help you to fix it. Burdens you with questions but doesn't listen. It's like playing a 70's word adventure game, it should be a lot smarter but it's nothing more than a glorified spread sheet. It's supposed to make taxes easy to enter and file, but it doesn't.

Have no idea what you did to your product
Honestly, I will never purchase turbo tax again!! The last 2 years that I used your product I was your biggest fan! This year , I really have no idea if I have even filed. The forms are no longer user friendly and I cannot review at all. Worst experience ever!

What? Wait... What?!
Turbo tax is confusing. I installed the app, only for it not to be installed. So I had to download it off their website, but it's so hard to find the download page.
So I finally get it launched, and the UI is confusing! I couldn't find the boxes I needed.

Couldn't netfile my return
Program is easy to use and pretty quick to get through if your tax situation is fairly simple. My only problem with the program is after finishing my return and trying to netfile it, the only two options available were (1) print and file manually or (2) done with filing. There was no option to send it electronically. Really frustrating and pretty much the main reason for using the program in the first place is to avoid having to print and send it in.

turbotax 2013 headaches
the turbotax 2013 software program is difficult to use and very slow to respond to loading it onto your computer and retrieving information.
I would not recommend this turbo tax program to anyone. I have used ufile and was very simple to use and the program responded a lot quicker.

This version is the worst of all past versions
Often vague and misleading this is the poorest of all the tax programs I have used. Only one thing I like is the sidebar giving updated calculations of income & tax owing as one proceeds in entering all the tax slips and forms
