Very reasonable
I was prompted to do the CRA review while filling out my return, which I did, and then was locked out and had to close off and sign in again. That's about it. Otherwise pretty good and financially right on!

Great tax tool for beginners
It’s my second time filing taxes and first time filing taxes without assistance. Great tool, but I was confused about a warning section. At first couldn’t figure out how to correct notices. It overall it finds the right field, transfers your info from CRA, which is convenient and prompts helpful tips

Efficient & Simple
Perfect for first timers trying to understand taxes. Fairly simple to navigate, the free version is great for those who understand taxes already. This year (2020) they only had the free version online, I say the desktop version is a lot better simple for security measures and convenience of just selecting the icon on your PC. I definitely recommend.

Sooo Simple
I have a simple tax return, Turbo tax is fast. The one thing I would like to see in the HELP section is the actual words for some of the acronyms like CMA. Still don't know what it means, Turbo tax and the CRA do not define it. It is in reference to large urban areas (i.e. cities), but I don't know what it actually is...Perplexing. Turbo Tax is great and I will continue to use it..

Difficult return for First Nations tax exemption
App was mostly easy to use however when it comes to tax exempt income for First Nations people it gets a little more difficult than its competitors.

Very quick
The automation to CRA data saved me a substantial amount of time. I just wish that there was more information in plain english on what to do with a box 105 error regarding scholarships because I think something is wrong

Good
Excellent except for the last question was very confusing. I answered the CRA question and it determined me not eligible to send it in by computer. Which i have been able to in the past. I very much didn't understand the question. So i think i got it wrong. May want to but some explanation in there.

Taxes can be difficult. TurboTax is not.
My only catch is that it may be too easy and you may miss things. If you're doing basic personal taxes. There is nothing like TurboTax. Ease of use. Peace of mind.

Straightforward
This program is straightforward and easy to use. Highly recommended for easy tax slips. Only problem is that the T1135 section repeats often while entering various income slips; otherwise, it makes tax filing less painful!

I've just done 2015-2018, I'm not able to locate the first three years. I had to pay for the 2015 program and once finished was unable to print off a hard copy of that return. It's been months since I've filed and have yet to hear from CRA, yes, I'm aware that you have no control over this, however, I need info off these returns to provide to CRA and really, was only able to print off one of those years (not sure which one currentl)! I do believe though, because I was forced to actually pay money to get and use the 2015 version, I should in the very least be able to print off a hard copy for that one, no?! Also, I had a huge pain trying to download the 2015 software, I had great help, but had to call all over North America before I met a Georgia Peach of a lady (she also was baffled that I had to pay for the 2015) software. It took me all day to get my ducks in a row on this return. Mostly user friendly but glitches and hang-up where there shouldn't be any. I do however, love that turbo tax is so user friendly and uncomplicated tha a small child or an old school elder can walk through it and be confident that it is accurate.

Reliable Program
The questions sometimes were confusing and it was difficult to find sections or amounts again when you were looking at the summary. However, other than that, the process was easy and it did apply all of the things that it was supposed to without issue. Great job!
