GREAT FREE service ,although i thought there were too many pages to navigate before final tax filing. still, helpful for people with mild strokes and elderly people not use to computers etc.

Very Helpful
Very intuitive, amazing User Interface, sometimes the number of forms listed on the side can get overwhelming and perhaps a better way to group the collapsible list might make it easier, but overall I have no complaints. Made the whole process pain free and enjoyable even!
Online forum is full of answered questions in the FAQ's that helps find the right information required to complete the returns!

I found this service really helpful, especially for someone who has never filed their own taxes before. Everything was laid out in a simple yet efficient manner which made the process of completing my taxes surprisingly easy.

Another Year of Easy Taxes!!
I really enjoy the simple interface and the ability to import data from both the CRA and my previous returns. Bravo Turbo Tax. I was able to complete both mine and my wife's returns in only a couple hours...mainly because I did not have all my receipts handy not an issue with the software.

Great product
I enjoyed using this product versus filing by hand. We have simple returns, so I used the free software. I found it more challenging then in years past, but that could be issues with my knowledge of the tax system. Next year we will have a more complicated return and I will definitely pay for the online assistant.

Free version is a super value
Easy to use. The only issue I had was the "interview" process did not take me to charitable donations - I had to find that on my own. Other than that - free is great!

Free, easy to use, but too clever for its own good
I like turbotax online because it's free and it's fairly easy to use (at least for getting started), but when your tax situation is a little more complicated than the typical case, it's sometimes more trouble to use turbotax (or any other software) than to just go through the CRA schedules by hand.

Super Easy, although something (small) missing
As someone who started living abroad last year, it is extremely practical to be able to do my taxes online. That being said, using the free version is awesome, but does make me wary whether I received full benefits or missed out on some tax credits. If you can afford that uncertainty instead of going through a body that can give you that peace of mind, then this is a perfect choice.

Taxes Prep Made Easy
Turbo Tax makes preparing tax returns much easier at a fraction of the cost. It is a good way to learn about taxes and prepare for the next year. The information is uploaded to the correct lines and taxes are calculated for you.

Double accounting error in carried forward RSP
Only issue I saw that was error was when you carried forward unused RSP from husband it duplicate on to the wife account and there is no way of removing. Double count errors hope CRA will catch that.

i did my taxes with you and everything was great up until i had to file online with net file for some reason your free version does not allow us to do this and that is a shame. at least offer a small fee to do so or something at that point instead of denying us to do so.

Suggestions
I had carry forward amounts for donations and medical expenses but these amounts were not visible while making out my return. The amounts should be visible from CRA auto fill option.
My return is very basic this year as a retired individual and the free Turbotax should suffice with a 6 year file storage and editing capability. This would be appreciated by retired seniors on a limited budget.
