Free, which is good
It is great to have access to a free service for filing tax returns. Unfortunately, when I tried to netfile, it wouldn't allow me. Source of stress and frustration. Due to the fact that it's a free service, there is no opportunity for help to fix the problem...

Super EASY To file Taxes
Welcome to the space age like that on the "Jetsons", LOL. I remember when I filed my taxes with a pencil, sharpener, eraser and calculator, and It only took a couple days. With Turbotax I file 2 peoples taxes in a couple hours. I Love Turbotax and recommend it to everyone I know. I only went to a tax company once in my lifetime and was not pleased. I fall under a unique category, and not many people are familiar with First Nation Status and filing taxes.

Easy Filing Tool
TurboTax has been my go to for years. It just keeps getting easier every year to file my income taxes. I like that this service is offered for free and I understand nothing is truly "free" in this world (unfortunately), but the amount of advertising for services is becoming as irritating as commercials on TV. It's a minor irritant for a helpful "free" service from a for-profit business.

Taxes made easy!
This is the second year that I have used TurboTax for my families taxes and I love it!
It is a great way to better understand your finances and the tax system and is very straight forward for simple incomes. If you own a business, have complex finances or have a lot of investments I recommend paying for the extra services or getting help.

Free Turbo Tax
It was a bit confusing when entering income information. The summary pages did not show the correct amounts. I edited them 3 times to try to get the info to show up on the summary page, to no avail. I decided to ignore the summary page and keep going. It would be good to get this bug fixed.

Easy to use
I chose to use TurboTax for free product It was easy but long to use. I did not figure out how to navigate this software for editing purposes without going through each category.
Also with this version I haven't figured out whether I can download the pdf file for my complete return 2018. Thank you.

Purchased Version runs better than Free Version
If you use the Free Version make sure you know the Key Benefits of the Tax process, so you get your best refund. If you don't know all your entitlements, it might be worth it to buy one of the paid versions, so you don't miss out.

Useful for Beginners
Turbo Tax works really well for people who just have T4s. I find it is a bit troublesome to input the info from T2200 as isn't obvious what I should put in as I was just being made to pay for gas for a company vehicle. More nuance would be helpful in that section.

Cheap and effective
