Simple & Fast
Very simple to use with many helpfull hints along the way and if you have no deductions, just a straight forward single person it is the easy way to go, but that is the secret no deductions and i mean NO DEDUCTIONS at all or you need to upgrade to something else, good for some just starting out in life.

Very good product
First time user of Free Turbo Tax filing. Very good, though sometimes the revisiting of some pages seemed unnecessary. Felt very secure, i.e., uses https:// in the address. Very thorough in getting all my info. Sent directly to Revenu Quebec when done.

Need to pay attention
You really have to pay attention as to what boxes you are checking and which radio buttons you need to push. Otherwise you end up having to go back and review several times to get it right.
I have used QuickTax and now TurboTax for many years and appreciate being able to complete my returns in an efficient manner.

I found TurboTax to be a great way to be walked through filing my taxes myself for the first time. The only hitch for me was that when an error would show up it wouldn't take me to the page where the error was made. It simply told me to enter the correct data without telling me which part of my entries the data pertained to.

Fist time

Simple.
I am only a 17 year old male. Been using turbo tax for the past 3 years and I will only use turbo tax. It works perfectly and everything is straight forward. I know adults who use it for their returns too. Keep it up turbo tax.

Another year down
I have now used your service for 3 out of the past 4 years and it was simple enough even the one year I was declaring something.
Sure last year was quicker with the tax preparation service, but then I have to include the travelling time as well and didn't receive all the information up front.
Still, I am declaring nothing so how difficult could it be, so I must wonder if it would similarly be the case if I were using the standard version and had to input a lot more details and concern myself over a multitude of deductions as well as warning errors.
But that's potentially for next year, until then I am perfectly satisfied with your software and process.

Income splitting
My son was using this for first time he is 17, based on his income of 672.00 the questions about income splitting, and low income and stuff were puzzling to him....i think these areas could be further sdimplified.
