couple not filing together
there no way to enter spouse net income. The software should not force user couple to file together.

Saving the Adobe file
I have been useing your company for years. Easy easy but this year no matter what I did I could not save a coby of my return. I have the newest Adobe reader there is. I do not understand and now I do not have a coby saved on my pc.

My only complaint is re: downloading of your tax file as Google is used automatically and you are not given any other choices. Google encripts the file which makes it very confusing. Many reviews show this as a major concern.

Electonic filing
Completing the form was easy. however, when i tried to file electronically i hit a wall. i viewed the video on how to save my file to submit to rev canada but when i actually 'saved' it ... it did not do the same thing that the video outlined. it never asked me where i wanted to save the file (desktop? documents? whatever) so who knows where it went??? it is saved but i can't find it anywhere so i couldn't attach it to file electronically. tried to figure it out for nearly 45 minutes and then gave up. when i did a search i couldn't find it. i can find it on my internet through the tools icon, but have no idea how i could attach the file from there. so i went back and printed the return and will mail it in instead. so it was totally usless to me for electronic filing.

Faster and easier than hoped
The process was rapid, and accurate. I did this alongside my own hand-written return, and while TurboTax only will net me an additiona $5 return, the price was right and the peace of mind that I filled it our correctly is priceless!

Very good program
Turbo tax helped simplify an otherwise difficult and confusing process while providing me with a good return. The only difficulty was in the loss of information when backtracking to prior pages. Nonetheless, I will definitely be using this system again due to its simplicity and ease.

Actual Title: Grass-Sucking Corpo Greedy Payment-Hunting Nonces
Trying to make me pay money for a service I have stated that I do not require time and time again feels scammy and gives the customer (me) a bad feeling about your company. Additionally trying to get me to pay for deluxe, only to then tell me I don't need Deluxe but that it cannot be cancelled also feels scammy. Aside from the constant cash-hungry popups the website was fine. If it was easier to do my taxes without your company I would burn your servers with FooF.

It was very annoying trying to find the free option, and felt very deliberately hidden. Had to use the website, because when trying to login to my CRA account off the app, the popup was too small and could not scroll down all the way.
