Not all happy
I settled down to do my taxes - retired with only CPP and OAS, went through the first few screens and you said ""thank you for using Turbo Tax"" and left me hanging - where is the rest of it? How do I get to do my taxes. I am totally lost and very dissatisfied.

My Experience 2012
In attempting to make one simple change to my return, when I had an error in netfile, TurboTax Free could not keep up with what I needed. I changed from 'disabled' to 'not disabled' and the correction was unable to perpetuate throughout the rest of the return. My only recourse was to delete my return and start all over again from scratch. It was a complete waste of my time and effort. This is why I'm giving it such a poor rating. I realize it's one thing and specific to my situation, but it seems it should have been a very simple thing.

Lousy program
I cannot stand this program. The previous years files don't save properly, support is usless if you get through, the program lacks flexibility. If I could relatively easily change program, I would. I feel held hostage because of my extensive data saved in this program. Avoid turbotax if you have never used it.

Brutal
It inserted $49k of "other income" and no way no how could I get rid of it!!!
Attempted deleting and it asked me for more money.
What a waste!
Things like that are the reason I shouldn't trust free until you click print software. Of course you can't see their mistake until you pay but after you pay you can't fix the mistake.
DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!!

Disappointed
Was an easy to use software. Been using it for several years. But was very disappointed when was asked to pay with credit cards only! We do live in the millenium years. Why do they not have PayPal. Not everyone has credit cards. Now I will have to buy this at a store with my debit card. Why bother putting this service on the internet.

internal errors
attempted to run the program 3 times and couldn't make past the page 1 area without getting "internal Error" messages.... Free only works if it works!!!!
