Simpler & Simpler to use every year!
I like that using Turbo Tax has made it a faster process to complete a tax return. Instead of taking days to complete, I was able to do both my wife's and my return in a few hours.

The share screen is great
I had problems doing it on my own so decided to get help I shared screen and the women that helped me went to every detailed with me was very patient and I was able after one hour to review my income taxes and the mistakes I had previously done

Great Product!

TURBO TAX THE BEST
We have been using Turbo Tax since we started filing our tax here in Canada since 2014... we didn't encounter any issue. It's easy to use and user friendly.

Sure Makes Life Easier

Free and Easy Taxes
I was so impressed with the free and easy way Turbo Tax makes my taxes get done. I'm still not comfortable with doing my money stuff on computers as I am 60 yrs old ;)
Turbo Tax made me feel sure that I got my numbers in correctly, and if I didn't understand something, there was a pop-up that I could find out more. LOVE IT !!

Love Turbo Tax
Thisis the best on line program. If any questions have to be asked you can send a message to them, call them etc and they will walk you through to get a solution. Never have I had a bad experience with Turbo Tax and I also use it for entering other family members taxes.

Free and easy
If your income is straight forward, not only is TurboTax easy to use, if you efile, your return will be in your bank in less than 2 weeks. (Mine was 10 days)

Absolutely worth it
I'm able to file my taxes every year promptly and with ease. I personally use the free option but it's worth every penny if you choose the various paid options for assistance in filing. I've recommended TurboTax to numerous people now.

Suggestion
Medical expenses are pretty common. If the free version includes Medical Expenses, it would be really helpful for Canadians who don’t have money to pay for tax services.

Easy
It's quick and easy. I do my taxes on line with TT every year. If your taxes are pretty basic, T4's and rent you can do your taxes quickly and for free.

Turbo Tax for Students
I used Turbo Tax for a Ukrainian refugee living with me. The program was easy to use and the filing was easy. We chose to file by paper as we didn't have all the information needed for efiling. Next year we will efile
A student living with me didn't use Turbo Tax but another problem. Her return is now tied up, she didn't get all the tax benefits she should have. We are going to have to refile, this time using Turbo Tax.
