Tax User Friendly
I always believed tax filing was complicated and required professionals. Obviously The Pros at Turbo Tax set up their website and aimed at simplicity. Spot on target and just that easy.

My favourite 4-letter 'F' word!
.... FREE!!
Not just FREE, but really user-friendly - unless you have super complicated tax returns, this is the best way to do your taxes, bar none. They submit them for you and with lightening speed (6-9 days, it used to take 3-4 weeks when H&R Block did them) your refund is in your bank account!

never liked doing written tax forms
I always preferred doing my tax returns by hand so that I could have the paper work to refer back to.
Frankly, I always thought that these E-files were an unnecessary expense until I finally tried Turbo Tax.
Instead of frustrating hours reading stupidly over complicated double entry for no apparent reason, Turbo Tax took 15 minutes and provided me with a tax credit that I would certainly not have seen through the usual stupid paper work.
After this initial experience, I will never go back to the old ways and highly recommend to all my fellow seniors who just need a minimum of computer utility or a friend who can walk them through the easy steps.
Best Internet based service that I have ever experienced and I am on my desk top as much as the younger generations are on their smart phones, I use a flip phone by the way so I can actually answer an incoming call through my Prius' Blue Tooth hands free to keep them on the steering wheel so as to make sure that those who are picking up their phone or, worst yet, texting while I have to share the road with them!

I feel lucky
I feel lucky I dont have to tackle this tax thing on my own. I can do it by myself but there are always unknowns. Turbo took the anxiety out of this tax year.

Easy Peasy

Excellent Product
This product was so wonderful because it was so easy to use. I really liked the fact that all the info required was put into the tax form easily and that all the calculations were done automatically, so much so, that I really didn't have to do anything.

Tax Time
Now that I am down to a simple filing each year, Turbo Tax is quick and easy to use. I started using the Free Edition during COVID when I was broke and living on CERB. I have filed with it every year since.

So easy to use.
This app was so easy to use and populates the forms for you. I used to pour over all the papers with a calculator and still make mistakes. I have found that all my tax receipts were automatically entered into the app. So very simple.

Excellent free service for simple returns
If all you have are T4 slips in their many varieties, this is perfect. Although you have to do it yourself online, it’s so easy I think anyone can do it. Perfect for many seniors like me. It’s even easier if you have an online account with CRA. I got my Assessment notice by email 15 minutes after filing! Amazing!

As easy as 123!
I've used TurboTax for the last several years and it has absolutely removed the feelings of dread that I used to experience. In my particular case it helped me clear up unfiled years and let me access programs that I had been missing. Now it's as easy as logging on and inputting the numbers and sending the file. One of my best choices, ever!

Easy and fast
I use it every year. Who knew doing your taxes could be this easy? I didn't until I stumbled upon Turbo Tax. And I'm done in no time at all. I will free admit that I love Turbo Tax and I highly recommend that everyone try it:-)

Excellent Tax Device
I have been using Turbo Tax online for a few years. It is relatively easy for the people who are not that much familiar with the tax filing. Since it relates us to CRA links while filing tax, it is reliable. Even from the stand point of cost, it is much less expensive than other online tax filing tools. I therefore definitely recommend people to use it for filing tax in Canada and USA
