Super easy and simple.
Just opened the TurboTax web portal and started answering some questions just for the sake of it, knowing that I wasn't actually going to file my returns on here and going to take it to a professional for actual filing. Next thing I find is myself on the final step of filing my tax return only after answering questions and reviewing my year with TurboTax's user friendly interface. So, ended up sending my return through here in the end. Takes the nervousness out of you and gives you all options to claim benefits overall.

the process was super easy and reassuring even when i thought i messed up was super easy to backtrack and fix it and the fact that the free service gives me everything i need was super helpful with the way times are right now every dollar saved is helpful

Still Love It
Been using Turbotax since it was Intuit (1980s or 90s) Never had a problem. Straight forward, easy to follow, and accurate every year. Now in my 80s, forms are a little more complicated, but still very easy even for a beginner. Thanks for years of correct tax preparations!

Literally the easiest thing ever. They hold your hand throughout the whole process and it's fast. (Took me 20 minutes tops.)

First time filing taxes
I just helped my teenage son file his first income tax submission for his first job! It was quick and easy to navigate and it took us less than 10 minutes. I'm so pleased that his first example of "paying" taxes was so simple and straightforward!

The best tax software package
Once again, Turbo tax provides the details, asking the right questions, that allows someone who is not an expert to filling out tax returns, to easily process. This is the 3rd year I have used software for my wife and I. with auditors support, nothing get's missed

"Turbo" is inadequate
Instead of "Turbo" Tax it would be best described as "hyper drive" Tax. Because this was so incredibly easy to use, I can't see why anyone would want to use any other system.
