Easy to use, and thorough
I have used TurboTax Free for seven years now, and have never had an issue.
With simple returns, the free service works brilliantly, and I'd have no hesitation to use the paid service(s) for more complex filings.

Simply free & simple
I have used H&R block online for the past 3 years and now they are not free if over 25 years old. So happy I found Turbo Tax free online and was able to file with my iPhone. I have purchased Turbo Tax software multiple times in the past and have always been happy with the simplicity and format. Thank you!

REPEATS
I FIND THERE IS TOO MANY REPEATS IN DIFFERENT WAYS OF SAYING THE SAME THING AND SHOUD ONLY HAVE EXEMPT ONE FOR EXEMPT PEOPLE GETS TOO COMPLICATED. HARD TO UNDERSTAND BUT DID MY BEST.

Free tax return for low income seniors
Thank you TurboTax for allowing a free tax return for low income senior citizens. I am able to file 3 returns for family members with minimal effort because of the roll forward of personal information. One suggestion would be to allow medical expense deductions without having to upgrade.

Works great whether simple or complex
Love Turbotax online. In one case I have to file a printed 100 page return and Turbotax handles this case with ease. I do find it a little complicated navigating to a new year's return when my bookmarks are all for the previous year.
