First time I'm Ultra-frustrated
Upon finishing my 2022, discovered I was locked out of my CRA account so pulled up my 2021 tax record for income verification. I could NOT get back to my 2022 taxes, because they were not filed yet, and after 20 MINS of searching for access to my 2022 to continue to file, had to completely log out, log in AND IT WAS ONLY THEN!!!! I was given the option of which year to access. This is the FIRST AND ONLY TIME I've encountered an issue with TurboTax.
PLEASE give us access to all our returns, filed or not, from one button.

DIY Taxes!

Very Easy to Use
I have been using TurboTax for a few years now. When I started I had never done my own taxes before, but now I do them myself every year because I know that TurboTax will guide me through each step and there are many different versions to suit my income level. If I have a simple return, I can choose the free version, or if I start to have rental property or my own business I can scale up the amount of help that I need for any given situation. The fact that it is connected to the CRA is an added bonus for fast filing and returns. The moment you file online through TurboTax, it shows up in the CRA website as being filed, so you can be sure that it is not stuck in internet limbo or lost in traditional mail as that can happen if you sent a physical copy.

Almost Headache Free
It's great to file a simple tax return for free, but there was a bug with the checkboxes causing my return to require an upgrade in order to proceed. After selecting the category 'Donations + Type of', I changed my mind and selected 'No'. The problem with that (the bug) is that the prior checkboxes were still active as though I hadn't selected 'No' afterwards, because that apparently doesn't clear them. So, I was still being asked to 'upgrade' in order to continue with my return. I had to figure out that I must physically uncheck all boxes in the 'Donations' section and then select 'No' in order to continue with a free, simple return. That was a lot of fun.
Thank you for filing my return and a game of 'Where's Waldo?'.

This was so easy to do. All the sections have helpful information and you can save and then go back if you don't have enough time to finish - you don't have to do it all in one go. Easy to understand I appreciate that you can go back and add and change sections if need be.

Excellent Service for Lazy, Last Minute People
I have used TurboTax for at least 3 years. Every single year I procrastinate and stress myself out with the nearing tax deadline. I wait until the very last minute to start my return.
I sign into TurboTax to begin the process and from start to finish it only took 20 minutes. It is beyond simple since most of the information is auto filled.
I haven't had any problems with TurboTax so from my point of view there are no drawbacks. I can't recommend this service enough.

Very valuable
I've been using TurboTax for a number of years, and have found it to be accessible and easy to use the entire time. I'm grateful that it flags opportunities to fill or correct information before filing. I'm especially grateful for the option to file-for-free as the minimum product. If the free product is this valuable, I believe the paid ones will be worth the price too.
