I was a little nervous about using this program because a lot of the newer programs and apps are so intense (too much stuff going on, its a bit distracting). This program was very user friendly.

Proven Track Record

For basic taxes, it's free - quick - and very easy. Never had an issue, until this year and after calling customer support, I waited less than 2 minutes and the agent was able to quickly resolve the issue I was stuck on. Great service.

Best Free Site
This is the first time I have used the free site, and found that it worked better than the paid one! Last year I had to send in a manual copy of my Provincial Return because it was unable to be sent...even after numerous phone calls. I figured if it happened again, I wouldn't lose my money.
