I have been using Turbotax free on line for at least 8 years now. It is Fantastic. It has all the forms that are needed, calculates everything for me, so I do not have to worry about making a Math mistake. It tells me if I need to correct anything, etc. I have a Low Income, it costs me nothing to use and I do not have to wait long to receive my Refund back. I hope Turbotax Free Online always remains available for everyone, as this is the only software I want to use to file my Taxes.

Fantastic Product!
Quick, reliable and easy to use service! I was biting my fingernails off knowing I had forgotten all about last years tax returns... I checked all over the web and everyone was charging me hidden fees and all sorts of what-nots all to punch in some numbers from my tax slips! TurboTax by Intuit came through and saved my day. Now I will be coming back every year! Cheers.

Saved us from financial ruin!
We were in a pickle, we thought our accountant had done our taxes like he said. Apparently not, and our childcare subsidy funding needed our taxes done ASAP and I was able to log on and do our taxes, even the tricky bits seemed easy with Turbo Tax!
With the express Notice of Assessment, we were able to access our funding quicker and with less headaches!

Simple, free and fast
I was able to do 3years of my taxes with turbo tax. I didn’t need any help or advice, everything was detailed and instructed properly, it was pretty self explanatory. I would recommend this to everyone that can’t afford having someone else do their taxes for them.

Simple, robust, idiot-friendly tool.
My tax situation is very simple and the free tool fit my needs perfectly.
It's hard to make a mistake.
Even when an error did occur (probably because I logged in and out of my CRA account a few times in another browser tab!!) it recovered seamlessly and without losing any data.

Easy and Free
Turbo tax is great for anyone. If you self or are an employee and want fast,reliable tax work to be done TurboTax is just that. Never stress just relax and turbo tax will do what helps you getting the best refund or lowest owing amount. Its Great.

So Simple!
This program was the easiest thing to use. I am so happy! What I like the most is the auto fill from the CRA for the T4 and T4E slips. It was very easy to use and explained everything so well that I could understand everything. I really appreciated this program looking for benefits I might qualify for as well. I really like the drop down menus on the left side the entire time so you can go back to any page and go forward again all the while saving everything you've already completed. I am incredibly happy and relived my taxes are finally done and that I can rest assured that all of the information was filled in correctly.

"Go through TurboTax! Trust me"
That's what My friend told me about filing my taxes myself.
I'd always hired someone to do it or had a friend help me out. This time i decided to take my friend's advice and I filed 3 years of taxes in one go.
It was an easy process and I went through them in less then an hour.
BUT there was a snag, one year had some issues that I needed to address but couldn't figure out how.
I navigated quite easily to the support section where I scheduled a call back in 5 minutes. The call back came in less then a minute and the Specialist, Martina, was able to remotely connect to my computer with a noninvasive, no download method and guide me through the issues I was having, in less then 10 minutes.
All for no cost and just the normal FREE service provided. I've worked customer service before and this the best experience I've gotten ever, Maybe I Was lucky or Maybe congrats you Win.

Best Software out there!!

I`ve used Turbo Tax for my returns for 8 years now. It`s quick, easy and painless. Makes it easy to NetFile and lets you get your refund in under a week.You can save a copy of your return to read over later or view it on-line. They store your returns for 7 years so you will always know where to find a copy.
