Helpful Customer Support
I had used free version on previous years to complete my daughters tax return, this year for some reason it kept putting me to a paid version for self employed, had a return call from Mohammed at Turbo Tax and he walked me through and solved the issue.....thanks so much for quick customer support! (I had also needed to call CRA for another matter and it was over two hour wait time and no call back option.......frustrating dealing with CRA!!!)

Great Resource
It took me a while to learn how to use the navigation buttons to add non-income related info, and claim credits. After that, it was a breeze. I've been able to show my friends how to do their taxes using this, and they couldn't be happier.

Best Tax Filing Software
Turbo offers a very easy-to-use tax filing tool. Do not need to buy and install on computers, just file on line. If you have all your T4's and T5's ready; it takes less than an hour!

Super Easy to Use
This was definitely the way to go for doing taxes. I just entered my info and the rest was calculated automatically. No calculators or guessing which lines had to be used.

Works really well
It used to be harder to tell whether I was in the free version of the program, but they've improved their transparency when it comes to what features require that you buy premium. I appreciate this--nothing more annoying than going through the whole process of entering and double checking everything only to find out I accidentally upgraded and can't re-downgrade. Only "downside" compared to other programs I've used is that it somewhat requires that you already know all the forms you need for your personal tax situation. That is, unlike other programs and prior versions of this program, it doesn't prompt you with deductions and credits that might apply to you--you do have to go looking for them a little.
