Love free turbo tax
I have been using the free turbo tax program for many many years and it is always safe and easy to use. in those many years of use, I have never had a problem.

user friendly and thorough

Recommend
To do my taxes, I held off a long time, because I have never done it online before. I usually went to H&R block every year to get taxes done. This was so easy and took 5 minutes to do. This is my 7th year using turbo tax.intuit. and I highly recommend to everyone. I tell everyone I know after I do my taxes yearly, to remember to use turbo tax.

Wonderful Service
Turbotax was super easy to use. I was dreading filing my taxes because I had 3 sheets of information. Turbotax guides you through each sheet, and allows you to ask questions in the search bar. My mother has been recommending Turbotax to me for years and I wish I listened to her sooner!

Easy & Accurate
Been using TurboTax for since 2011 for myself and since 2014 for mother. Never a problem.
My only negative is that TurboTax input pages change every year. The tax calculations that are programing yearly updateds are nothing that we, the clients have acess to. But why the "pages" the same yearly information changes is beyond me.
Just read every screen page carefully and you cannot go wrong.

The Benefits of Turbo Tax
The availability of an on-line Tax Reporting system like Turbo Tax is second to none. Let's just say, completing and submitting such a return electronically is much more efficient and timely. Equally so, the availability of having Tax experts simply "a click away", is equally such a benefit (if needed). My tax return is/was rather straight forward yet to have an option to use Turbo Tax and their professionals at a rather modest cost is again, very much desired... and I'm not sure if I should say this, but to be able to use Turbo Tax a "no cost" is second to none and I'm confident if you have a minor $20 or $30 fee, I don't think you would lose any clients .. Again, we're very much appreciated to have the Turbo Tax site available..

Easy to Use, Great Prices
I have used Turbo Tax for the last several years and I absolutely love it. It is so easy to use and navigate, prices are amazing compared to having an accountant do ourtaxes. We have simple taxes so this is a great option for us. Will keep using for as long as needed!
