Great Service
Easy to use. Just have all of your papers with you. You can fly through it in 30 mins (depending on the complexity of your taxes, of course) if you are organized beforehand.

Easy tax filing!
I rarely use a computer and was a bit nervous about using an on-line service. Add to that I hadn't filed in 3 years, having lost T4's. I expected a lot of time and difficulty, but was very pleasantly surprised. Turbo Tax was even able to easily access the needed T4 info, and icing on the cake, I got a refund! Very glad I used the service, and I will definitely do so going forward!

So simple!
I've been using Turbotax for several years now and it has gotten better and better all the time. This year I had to file for my suddenly disabled mother-in-law and I was worried that I might need expert help. Guess what?! Again, Turbotax talked me through the process. It was so easy. Now I am off to teach my son about the fast, easy, inexpensive way to do his taxes! Bye!

User Friendly
The navigation of the whole tax return process was user friendly. However there was issues with connection with the CRA for Auto fill option.Auto fill option didn't worked for me and so I have to work fill all the values manually form my tax slips.Overall happy with the service provided by the TurboTax Team without charging any thing.

Best Taxation serivce

Great value for free version
Great in almost every way. I wish the free version had the "forms view" built in, but that's the only area that leaves anything to be desired and can't expect the free version to have all the luxuries.

Good experience
This was my first tax filing with Turbo Tax. The process naturally took a bit longer as I was not familiar with tax filing. It should be a lot quicker next year. I will definitely recommend to my friends.

This is a super easy service, doesnt charge you, but gives you plenty of options to upgrade for helpers, and if you dont want to pay, theres always the online community that can help you out.
