Overall great value
Turbotax is great for anyone with simple tax returns. With the ability to download/ transfer your slips from your CRA my account directly to the turbotax auto-fill return, you basically have to do nothing but review your return before submitting. Sometimes you may have to add some extra information regarding tuition or RRSPs for example but it's very easy to find the forms.

Excellent Staff
I am very happy to share my comments about my very first experience using Turbo Tax online. I have used the download in the past years but learned this year that would not be possible due to my still using Windows 7. I got online; first agent assisted me to get started, and when I ran into some difficulty, I got assistance from a second wonderful person that goes by the shortened name, Yetty; she is wonderful; she guided me from start to finish; she was very impressive in that she was very quickly able to assist me along with only a few descriptions from me about where I was feeling stuck. She is, and hopefully will continue to be, a tremendous asset to the company. Thank you, Yetty!

Always Worth It

Greatest tax filing system ever!
If you're not using this system, you're missing out or you're frustrating the heck out of yourself with a clunky, long-winded system! This is simple, fast, efficient, easy to access (save your docs and info). It gives you reminders you haven't even thought of. You need to get this!!!!

Quick & Easy Software
First, browsing the Turbo tax on line - I found it so quick, it was automatically directed to Encryption (for security reason).
Second, When I opened the Turbo Tax & when I created my account - it was so quick and easily understand, the procedure was direct and what I liked the most was the autofilling (but of course I want to file it by myself).
Overall - Turbo tax, quick, easy, reliable and very helpful

Simple & Easy
A great process for getting tax returns filed. Takes an hour to file. Way better than doing it on paper and mailing it in. Will note that you should file it during the day instead of night as the servers get overfilled and your T4 will get rejected by the CRA. Nothing wrong on your part. Just the huge crowds of people filing to the servers at the same time.
