simple for simple returns
Everything about this is wonderful except for: It skipped through a couple deductions that were applicable to me. Id rather manually go through everything and just skip mysely with a skip button.
***it says every year that both my wife and I have claimed both residency amounts when I have not and there seems no way to correct this.

Very easy to use.
It is very easy to use. I finished my return in 2 hours for both myself and my wife. This is the first year I use electronic tax return. It seems to me like a black box, not sure if there is anything wrong. I guess I will rely on CRA's assessment to check if it is all good.

Great product
My friend recommended I use turbotax this year to save a few bucks, I just used the free version because my taxes are very basic, but the prompts were easy to follow, it only took me about a half hour to do and everything is already filed, now just have to wait for my refund. I’d definitely recommend to anyone who hasn’t filed yet.

Most helpful and super valued
I have been using TurboTax for about 5 years and have usually picked up good value for all our filings. We are under audit for a previous year but thanks to the history on TT's website I focused in on the problem and have all the justification data for CRA - hopefully that settles it shortly. If your filings are more complex - i.e. lots of different deductions - I suggest springing for the extra help from TT on the filing.

Awesome Free Service
This year I decided to try TurboTax for the first time, and I am very glad I did. My financial situation is quite simple, and I found the Free edition of the service suited me well. The service takes you through the filing process in an in-depth, step-by-step, easy to use manner that is much more engaging, informative, and simple than filling out the paperwork by hand. Using the Auto-Fill option after linking the service to my CRA account also meant that most of the work was done for me, which I greatly appreciated. Being able to submit my taxes online also made everything less of a hassle. I would definitely recommend this service!

Almost Perfect
I find this product to be a great value and pretty easy to use. My only complaint would be that some tax credits (such as the basic personal amount and age amount) are automatically totaled, rather than listed individually.

Made Taxes Easy
This is a great site for people who have very minimal taxes like a simple T4! Students who work part-time and go to school full-time don't need to pay just to file. Easy to use, holds you accountable and saves you time and that extra $30 you'd pay an accountant for. I loved it and have been using it now for the last 3 years all while going to school! I actually usually end up getting more money than I would otherwise lol!

1st Time Filing - very easy.
First time filing was easy! Fill in the boxes, move page to page and, voila !Had to print and mail as CRA didn't have enough information to accept online, as noted and confirmed when I called the included number. Very easy :)
