Love the free version
I have a simple tax return and I am able to get everything done in about .5 hour. That is entering in all my information and reviewing all the pieces of the return. It is accurate and so easy to use.

Ease of Operation
I started using Turbo Tax few days back, as this is the first time I was filing tax return on my own. Before using Turbo tax, filing return for me was a rocket science. However, after using TT I realises that how convenient it is to file the return and it was fun with TT.

So Easy!
Got called out of town for work and could not make my appointment with the accountant.

Easiest Tax Return Ever
I have been using TurboTax Free for a few years and it usually changes every year but the changes have not made it any more difficult. I would recommend this product to anyone. I have never tried the products that are available for a fee but i would presume that tjey are just as easy as the free version. Thank you Turbo tax for another year of stress-free tax returns!

I am not tech savvy and at times it doesn't take a lot to frustrate me or cause headache inducing affects when it comes to technology. Yes, I should take a course and will one day. However, because I was connected to a real human today from Turbo Tax is was a great experience.

Helpful and Simple
Turbo Tax is a very easy system to use. It is linear and has great prompts to keep you from missing refund opportunities. I've used it for several years now and it is always up to date with tax changes while maintaining the user friendly interface.

Best Online Tax Prep Software Ever
I've been using another online tax prep software for the past 12 years, but it's been getting a little more confusing over the years. Friends suggested I try out TurboTax and I'm glad they did. The easy-to-follow interview gave me the confidence that I was covering all the bases. I only chose the free package because I'm living on a low income. I would recommend this program, and the packages that come with it, to all friends regardless of age or financial status. I'll be back next year. Keep up the good work!

Easy!
Using turbo tax free is pretty painless, get your taxes done in about an hour or less as long as you have all your documents ready. Just fill in the blanks and it guides you through the entire process and doesn't let you forget anything important.

Turbotax Gets Even Easier
I was amazed to find a fabulous upgrade to this year's Turbotax when it downloaded all of my T4 information, not merely the government ones. I was only left with expense information to enter. Way to go, Turbotax!
