it was simple and clear, each steps has clear instructions that make it easy to follow. You can go back any time to review or edit your info. It shows a nice diagram will all the steps and where you are at in between each steps

Very helpful and easy to use
It is so much more helpful and easier to use than I have imagined. The only note is users need to check eligibility for Work Income Tax Benefits as it did not explain very clearly through the process. But overall, I'm really satisfied and highly recommend!
