Excellent product
Excellent product and the free version was perfect for my simple tax return. Easy to use, very convenient. I have used Turbotax for filing my income tax for years (previously known as Quicktax) and recommend it to friends and family.

The only way to file taxes!
I don't consider anything else when it comes to filing my taxes. And I am not the internet type. I don't usually shop or order products online. But Turbo Tax is THE ONLY way I will do my taxes. Turbo Tax for life!

Easy and Quick
My tax return is pretty basic, so using TurboTax is super quick and easy. I like the step by step instructions, it makes it really easy to follow along and gives you the prompts to input everything you need. I've always used TurboTax, and will continue to use it.

Love it!

Simple
I really appreciate how easy this service is to use as it streamlines the whole process. I know how to file my own returns on paper, but the simplification of that process is invaluable. Last year I owed a lot more than I ever had, and was very confused in that regard, but double checked it on paper and found that it was dead on, which gave me a lot of confidence in it, and it even got me a bigger reduction in what I owed than I did when I did it by hand.

Best software to file your taxes
I choose Turbo Tax Free this year to file my 2018 Tax Return, and I'm happy I used this software for the second time around. I like it because it provided me details of my claims and instructions. It was also user-friendly, wherein it is easy to navigate around to edit and modify the things you have entered and wish to change.

some bumps included
although my wife did not have income reported on lines 101 and 104 the system kept showing her receiving a credit on line 363 right up until the end during the review phase when we saw that it was no longer present . Earlier on I was so tempted to not continue and call/contact Turbotax directly to see why this was as I did not want to send my return with 'false' information.
Turbo tax corrected a mistake I had made while doing a rough paper draft prior to using their service. Thank you, you saved me money, time and the grief of having to re-file for my over sight (or better 'my lack of sight').
