Turbo Tax

Fast and Simple to Use
This is my first year using TurboTax. Loved it! The program was super simple to use. Everything was very clearly laid out. Very much appreciated TT being able to import my income details directly from my CRA account. 100% satisfied! It could not have been any easier!! Thank you.

Intuitive, and user friendly
This is only my second year with this product, and have been pleasantly surprised as to just how user friendly/well resolved it is. The help menu is really well thought out, although some descriptions could be easier to the beginner.

It does the work for you!
This was my 2nd year using TurboTax and it just keeps getting better! If you so choose, it will link to your CRA MyAccount and automatically fill in a lot of the information that they already have... like SINs, income & RRSP contributions, saving so much time!
It prompted me to fill in information that I missed and saved me $2000 more ! I can't say enough about this service... USE IT! :)

Phenomenal Product
So simple! The most tax inept person can do this on their own from home in less than an hour. This program walks you through each and every step, enabling you to receive the maximum amount back.
Turbo Tax provides and lists every form and imports information if you wish from mycra account.
I really didn't mind doing taxes!!!!
Thank you Turbo Tax for this most excellent, useful tool/program!

I just filled out an account recovery form to log into my account online and Afsheen who I spoke to on the phone was extremely helpful. Top notch out of her way phone rep.helping me.Thanks again Afsheen. then logging back on the long way I experienced several security credit question, then bam I updated my email and home phone. I was back in touch with my tax account. Yes in 2018 Turbo tax will be my choice to file again. Jeffrey Walton

This is the first time for me to file my taxes on my own. So I decided to try turbo tax and I'm glad that I did. It was broken down very nicely and easy to follow along . It gives you a chance in a couple different places to check and make sure that you have got all your info in and that makes it easier to ouch that button at the end to file it

Easy as Pie
I have been using Turbo Tax for a number of years and find it very easy to use , especially for someone who isn't all that computer tech savvy....and because Turbo Tax offers a free service, doing my taxes won't break my already low income bank account! I can do my taxes in the comfort of my home and not have to be stressed about it!

Succinct and to the point for free!
Of all the free service to file income tax, this is one of the very best. I've tried others; mine are always basic with no arcane complications or procedures to go thru since CRA always has all the forms accounted for at their end. Federal pension + OAS (+ whatever else) = Total income. KISS

Quick and Simple for 2017
I used TurboTax "free" to complete my 2017 tax return. The experience was great and it took no time at all to complete. I let TurboTax automatically download all of my tax information from the CRA page and it turned filing this year into a quick review of my data rather than entering it all manually. I plan to do the same next year based on this great experience.
