Very Easy to Use and Always Free
Because I only need to file one basic tax return each year, I can use TurboTax Free and it's fantastic. The layout and interface are all easy to use and clean, everything is simple and they have quicklinks on things to find out more about certain parts of returns. It makes filing each year very easy, simple, and best of all cheap.

e-filing
Program is great except that I wasted a lot of time trying to e-file. the program kept coming up with wrong format, but it was O.K. it would have been nice to know you can't file a previous year return, it has to be mailed. i kept thinking I was doing something wrong. you've had plenty of time to add a note to this effect.
