As a non-Canadian this really helped
I was on a working holiday for 2012 and 2013. I was recommended Turbo Tax for my 2013 return by a friend. It really made the whole thing easy, and my refund was a lot larger than I expected!

Totally Recommended!
I would Totally Recommend Turbo Tax to everyone not only is it easy but it is fast and it is good value for the money. You do not have to got to a tax professional or hire an accountant or anything. You can send in your return instantly online and it saves you both time and money!

Easy and free filing of tax returns
Last year I bought TurboTax at a retail store. This year I saw an ad for the free online TurboTax so I decided to give it a try! It was a breeze except maybe the warnings but I soon got the knack of it!

If a person has forgotten both user id and password, the process of signing in is cumbersome and somewhat frustrating. Processing appears to take some time and one's security answer may be correct the first time and any subsequent attempts, due to slow processing, the security answer becomes invalid. Nevertheless, Turbo tax is a wonderful program for most people to adapt to comfortably and complete taxes without the services of an accountant. Thank you turbo tax!!

Advice for low income filers
This is much easier then I thought. I have only done paper filings before today. It's a great piece of software for everyone to use. This is especially great for low income Canadians, being free and easy, makes it much easier to file. Many do not know how to fill out their forms and this takes you step by step through the whole thing, so long as you read as you go you cannot make a mistake. Am going to let everyone I know, know about this. For those who can file free or pay for it, to at least check it out before deciding if it is for them. I know it is.

Very happy!
My mom is 80 and has a slow internet connection in her home, but it served us well today. She has a very basic return but the paper return that we have used in previous years is very confusing: so many pages and forms!! Using the free program, she and I were able to do her return in about 10 minutes and file it with Netfile. All is done for another year!
