Very intuitive
It only takes 15 minutes to complete and file my tax return. It also warns me of new changes of the 2012 tax filing. Although I am using a free version given that I am retired, this version meets all my needs except for me to import last year return.

Excellent Product
Product was very easy to use and the instructions were helpful. The information review caught an amount that I neglected to put into one of the information slips, which would have caused issues with the final calculations. I would definitely recommend this to others.

The TurboTax Free was very clearly set out with explicit instructions, detailed information and easily followed directions. saved a lot of frustration!
I used the turbo tax free version and it was by far the easiest tax preparation program I've ever used. it asked simple questions and when I wasn't sure of what to answer or if I qualified for credits etc, it has a handy tool to answer your questions so you don't have to go hunting around for the answers. it was an easy, step by step process that did much of the work for me. I will use this again next year for sure!

There are so many rules out there that preparing your own tax return is bound to be an exercise of guessing and confusion. TurboTax makes it much simpler and clearer. Do not try to guess, use this intuitive software and your return will be done in a few minutes, and with accuracy..

Fantastic, Quick and Easy
I have always been afraid to do my own taxes. Usually I send all my forms to my step dad and he would crunch all the numbers and send my return back to me so that i could sign it and me done with it. This year I figured I would do them my self. Taxes are a beneficial skill. But before i even got started I asked my self if this is something i really want to delve into. I decided on turbo tax and oh boy did i make the right decision. Turbo Tax was extremely stream lined and I found it very easy to use. I want to personally thank the developers and maintainers of the site and program. You guys are truly doing an amazing job. Thank you

Easy Peazy Tax Returns
Helped my elderly father put in his tax information and do a return. Absolutely loved how fast and easy it was to enter the information and how everything will carry - over for next year.

Best product ever
I love this program. Have been using it for 20 years and have never had any problems. Easy to use and they offer help for low income people to file with out the expanse of the tax preparation company.

free 2012 turbo tax
Product worked well. I have used turbo tax for years and normally purchased it but have an accountant doing mine this year - a little more complicated now. I used the freebee for my mother's return and it worked well. Would have been nice to know that it was free with some explanations up front rather than wondering if i was getting dinged some silly amount just as I was finishing up.....
