EVERY YEAR ALWAYS A POSITIVE EXPERIENCE!!
I have been using Turbo tax for the past 15 years. I have always had an easy, user friendly, quick experience using Turbo tax Canada. I will not use any other product.

Very diff to log in canada system for any issue all the time the system is error . I have to do by myself and i am not an expert and i don't have money $ to pay an expert tax person.

Awesome and quick
Really happy about how that went it was very easy to do all this online and just a few simple minutes as long as I had my t5s and information and my sim number I was able to do all this with no problem I would give this a four-star review I would give it a five-star review if it was a little quicker but it still was pretty quick so I'm pretty happy

Good but don't like changes this year
Always use this to file taxes, makes it easy with step through process and review at end. I don't like that the ability to see calculations behind the scenes is no longer available until I have checked out and paid. Can only do a review in process by using the desktop version. Can't transfer past returns from on line version to desktop? That seems archaic.

Some restricted access on free version
Items such as child support received should not be locked out of the free version. It is not a taxable income and we had zero income. This line should not be locked behind the $40 paywall just insert that we received money from child support. Besides that, the product is fantastic and we have been using it for multiple years.
