OK but can be more descriptive
I already wrote in my feedback but for some reason I am invited to write again here. You need your tax items to be more navigatable and searchable. "Student loan interest", "interst of student loans" are like the same and you should make sure if I search for student or loan or interest you turn up everything containing these words, NOT just those that start with any of these. Average users like me don't automatically know your interface design intent, so you need to treat me like I am totally clueless and rely entirely on whatever you turn up. I used this last year too and I encourage any progress you make.

Good free software
Glad to have this software but was a bit confusing as i was completing my deceased mother's return and the form was done in first person which made it a bit confusing as to what i should be answering as her representative and what I should be answering as her. Found it a bit difficult to go back to find medical expenses. Otherwise it was great

I Got It Done
Their free service is fine if you have little to no income. Not an easy user interface to use. I wouldn't recommend it to anybody making income from multiple sources (summer job + arts and crafts sales + tailoring + royalties + etc.) and other passive income.

Easy Tax Program
Easy to use, does not take a lot of time. Only complaint is the number of times they ask if you want to buy something extra or upgrade. Seems to happen more and more each year. Enough already!

Free Simple Tax Return
It was fast and easy to use for a very simple tax return. The only drawback was that it was annoying how many times I was offered to pay for an upgraded service that I did not need.

Very helpful
It would help to have a list of Codes and Passwords that are going to be needed right at the start
It would be tremendously helpful to have an option with all dark letters/text for users like myself that have advance nacular degeneration or eyes trouble as many people have. All the highlighting makes it very hard to read what's below, even with the magnifier on.
Thank you for this opportunity. I wish you surprise me next year.

As a senior , Covid pretty much made me finally do taxes electronically. This program was actually easy for me to navigate. I would suggest ,at the end when asked if I have or have not set up direct deposit , there should be a Not Sure option. I am still trying to find out from CRA if I have this...will spend another day on the phone , on hold with them...crossing my fingers

An interesting year

Heavy upsell
Very good product, but pushes the upsell what feels like every other screen-- folks on welfare really don't need this, once social assistance is posted as only income perhaps this could be skipped?

Bumps in the road
When I log onto my file, I do not get the same process each time. The system does not always seem to remember what I did before, and I was invited more than once to start my 2020 return. So I am not quite sure what is retained. I am still trying to get past loading my files from CRA. Will keep trying and let you know later.

Good software
Good software, easy to use for a general return. As a Quebec user I had to input my R1 information manually, even if my T4 information was input automatically. A warning of this would be nice to include.

software Netfile tweet required
No opportunity to use Revenue Quebec Nefile 8 digit CODE which I obtained from Revenue Quebec My Account ... resulting in message You are Ineligible to Revenue Quebec NETFILE. Instead Turbo Tax software gave me the option to print a paper copy and mail it. A tweak to the software is required.

Final Return for Deceased Person
Completing a final return for a deceased person is not computer friendly. Turbotax has the fields I needed and a video that walked me through the process. Very helpful
