Very user friendly and intuitive
This was my first time preparing my tax return on my own, without using an accountant, and I was a bit worried about it, however, Turbotax turned out to be awesome and it helped me a lot. I felt there is an accountant sitting beside me helping me out!

Pretty easy
Easy to enter information. First time was slightly annoying and tedious. Since then easy. Took 2 hours to do all my taxes for $39.00, last year was more complicated and $65 maybe? My accountant used to charge me $850+.

Easy for senior to use

Lifesaver!

Amazing

bought businessand home 2018 online then couldnt use...could not find download to use access code. had to pay again. hard to find where to put deductions/writeoffs! But this is new to me and the product guides quite well. not easy

Amazing

Such a relief!
I am so happy I filed my taxes with turbo tax. This was my first time filing my taxes on my own and it took me a little while to research all the terms included (like CCA, for example). Once I got the terms down, Turbo tax made the process super easy with lots of step-by-step support and I feel fully confident and equipped to file with them again!
