Excellent
I had been using a cheaper software annually (since around 2012) from a competitor and I recently it began spewing out some weird (and obvious) miscalculations. It was frustrating. I finally gave up on them, got a refund and checked the reviews and found turbotax. Bottom line: turbotax blew my previous tax software into the weeds. Easier to use, much smarter and intuitive. A no brainer.

Great value and easy
Really easy to use, love that it auto populates all the forms, made me feel better just having to check over the information rather than enter it all in line by line. I don't know why I was a afraid of filing my taxes before - this was so simple!

Excellent guidance in plain language
Long-time user of TurboTax and its predecssor QuickTax. Always impressed with the improvements made to the software year-over-year and the simple user interface. Running total makes it easy to see from one section to the next how the return is going (refund or amount owing).
TurboTax is a trust-worthy product that makes filing taxes as straight-forward as possible. Bookmarking feature makes it easy to start pre-filling information and return later to fill in more.
Keep up the great work, TurboTax team!

Have relied on them for almost 30 years!
I have been using TurboTax and the same product by its own name since I was 17 years old. That's a long time :) as I am in my 40's now. I rely on them for accurate tax services and they have never let me down.

Easiest Tax Filing Ever
I have always believed in doing my own taxes. Not only do I learn something every year but I also save a pile of money. Turbotax makes the process simple and easy to use, someone doing it for the first time will breeze through the process. and the pricing if very reasonable.

A relief!
I was nervous to complete my own return for my small business after relying on accountants for 15 years. But Turbotax guided me through every step so that I was confident I wouldn't miss anything or make any errors. And at a very reasonable cost!

Rely on this every year
I have been using Turbo Tax / Quick Tax for several years I would use nothing else. It is very easy to follow and make or add changes. It's step by step process makes it simple for anyone who is just not sure. To top it off, once you are done all of your entries, it guides you through what you have entered,and notes errors or tax saving suggestions for you to review. It also allows you a start into the next year by extracting and placing your common information in the new year, saving a bunch of time.

Easy to Use
Very easy to use, I've been using TurboTax for the last 5 or 6 years, and every year it gets better. They now cover all of the self-employment things I previously had to suss out for myself, so Its even easier. I just wish there was more catering to specific industries (ie: I work in the Arts, and there are tax deductions and claimable expenses not common to other industries)

Done it forever.
I recommend it to everyone. I have showed people how to use it. I trained my son to use it this year. I used to use it in my accounting business and tell people other firms use the same system and ask the questions off the program so why not just do it yourself.
