A lazy afternoon well spent!
Winter came back Friday March 24th with a vengeance...decided to stay home and start working on the tax forms for my home based business and the personal file for my wife. After figuring out my business expenses, (that was easy, I collect and file receipts in accordion files from day one) I started Turbo Tax. It immediately uploaded last year's information for both of us and I was ready to input. The TurboTax system of asking questions and completing forms as we go along, is super easy to follow. I just kept going and was ready to file that same evening with the option of on-line to CRA or print. Nice job TurboTax, thanks. J.

Definitely worth it
Easy, guides you through it all, does all the calculations for you, and warns you of errors and opportunities for additional tax savings. The best part is that you can have your refund in your bank in about 10 days or less.

Taxes made easy

Getting better all the time
TurboTax isn't glitch-free but it is improving steadily, gets more accurate in identifying your tax or business situation. It would be very helpful to have a form-filling view as well as the interview schedule. That way taxpayers can check what appears on particular numbered lines on their return.
I had an issue with being charged twice to submit my returns. After calling the help number (that only appears after you define the issue in the field concerned) the support person resolved the issue quickly and pleasantly. Nice.

Convenient
The most convenient way to file taxes even when you are new to it. However, once you upgrade the account there is no way to reverse that action. I was bit disappointed with that.

SOO worth it!
You won't regret using this product. I'm an artist, I hate anything to do with numbers and long boring data entry. This made things simple & fairly painless!!! I wish I had used this last year, it would have saved me a TON of stress.

Worth it
I used Turbo tax Home & Business for the first time this year. I must say it was pretty easy to navigate, and understand. I also purchased the Pro Review help as I started two businesses in 2015, and needed the help with review & received just that! The calls were very helpful to me & I appreciated the knowledge of the tax experts they have. I spoken to 3 different reps a total of 4 calls, and I do have my favorite. however they all seem to want to teach you their 'tax world' so that you may understand some of the confusing stumbling blocks along the way.

AMAZING!

Easy DIY Solution
TurboTax makes DIYing your taxes simple and easy. If your return is straight forward enough, it's a great solution (and asks all the right questions to help you find deductions). I will continue to use it going forward until/unless my returns ever become super complicated. Thanks TurboTax!

I have always used Turbo Tax for filing my taxes, as well as all my family members! This year I ran into an issue that was preventing me from filing. Great Value for the Money
I am a MAC user and Microsoft finally torpedoed XP so none of the tax programs would work..
The Online Turbo Tax was excellent. It allowed me to load the old tax carry forward from last years Turbo Tax and led me through the process..

Smartest Purchase Ever
I have always done my own taxes and dreaded it every year until I started using Turbo Tax. A friend recommended it years ago and I have used it every year since. It is quick and easy to use, and if I do have a question or challenge they have lots of friendly people to help either on line or over the phone.
