Business taxes made easy
Very impressed with ease of filing my self-employment business info (I'm a sole proprietor and freelance writer). It doesn't replace the need for good records and a fair bit of calculation ahead of time, but it certainly made the paperwork a breeze.

A lot easier to use than I expected
This was our first time filing our returns ourselves but I felt confident that it was completed properly (even better than the walk-in tax preparation places that have messed up my returns in the past). Am very happy with this product and was glad to see that we even got some money back!

Quick and Easy
Used this for 3 years now and its really simple if you are not self employed....the home and business has a lot more info to put in but they guide you through it all! Much cheaper than going through an accountant!

so convenient
so convenient to not have to go wait in a line to buy the software and install it. Even entering self employed income and expenses is made easy. I've used turbo tax for about 6 years and used it online for the last 3. Also great to be able to log in and see past year's info.

Use Turbotax
I'm proud that a Canadian company can make income tax preparation so much easier to do. I would dread going back to doing it manually, and when I've paid for tax prep services, they haven't helped any more than Turbotax.

As a first time user I found TurboTax to be excellent in every respect : extremely well set up, very comprehensive, very user friendly. Excellent value for the money. Really like having your personal tax accountant with you. I'll certainly use TurboTax next year, too!

Easy to use
A great tool for filing your return, especially if you have self employment income. It constantly provides hints about how to reduce your payment, and how to save some money next year. I found the step by step process very straight forward and easy to use, and the hints and definitions extremely helpful. Considering that so much of my return consists of self-employment income and expenses, going through everything with an accountant would take significantly too long, and be more frustrating than doing the return myself, at my desk, using Turbo Tax. I am extremely happy with this software.

Satisfied year after year
I have been using Turbotax software system for many years, even when it was Quicktaxweb. All I can say that it is a trusted, fast, and user friendly way to do my taxes. First Time Filing on my own
For years I used the services of a tax professional. This year I decided to give Turbo Tax a try. I love the ease of use of the software and the fact that I could talk to someone if I had any questions at a time that suited me not the other way around. My experience with 2012 Turbo Tax was improved dramatically once I switched from Mozilla Firefox to Chrome as my browser - absolutely no comparison! Before I made the switch, I was prepared to give up on TurboTax. Now, I will definitely use it again next year.

Great Live Help
The live telephone help feature was extremely useful. I am employed and own my own business. It was my first year claiming taxes for the business and being able to talk to someone directly for information and advice was a wonderful addition to this software.

Turbo Tax Saved My Sanity!
Every year's taxes seem to get more complicated and this year I was using another tax software that had problems accepting commission income. I kept receiving a warning that I wasn't eligible to efile although there was no error. Declaring commission income affects a lot of people! After hours of frustration, I switched to TurboTax and voila, my taxes are filed.

Much better Overall. Menu's on top now to zip thru and around and not forced to go thru whole sub-menu's to get out.
fast and efficent for people who know what they're doing.

I got a discount thru VanCity this year...otherwise creeping up to be too expensive and would have shopped around for cheaper software...

I've used this program for years
Over the past number of years I've used this program its easy to leave and get more info as it starts right back to where I left off and all the helpful hints and reminders have been great value, although now that I know the program its a bit bothersome at times but keeps me on track. I recommended this to a low income person and they saved money and time. Very pleased with the results Turbotax has provided.

5th Year with Trubo tax.
I find turbo tax easy to use for my small business as well as doing my spousal and free student return for my daughter. There on-line support can be hit and miss. Some of the representative's are outstanding in their knowledge and very helpful. Others not so good.
All in all Turbo tax is an outstanding value for what I once considered a daunting task.
