Easy & comprehensive
I found TurboTax to be relatively easy to use. As a returning customer I had a problem transferring my data from the previous tax year until I realized that I had loaded the US version of TurboTax. Once back on the "right side of the border" everything went smoothly.

Good Use of Time

Been using Web version 5 years now
I have been using Intuit's web tax products (formerly QuickTax now TurboTax) for over 5 years in Canada. Every year has been efficient, easy to use and accurate making my tax season way less stressful!

Excellent Customer Support
Customer support is excellent! Support personnel speak North American English and are knowledgable in Canadian and US income tax law. I had questions regarding US income and foreign tax credits and the support/research was extremely helpful. We won't be going back to use the other major tax software!!!

Line numbers
throughout the program, it would be nice when it comes to detailed entry of information (ie Buisness expenses) that the Line number is associated with the entry being made so that it is easy to reference to a spread sheet and the tax forms itself.
