Always Use

Best Purchase Ever :D
I was always afraid of doing my taxes. It was such a long and boring process, so historically I've tried to avoid it for as long as possible. With TurboTax - I rush each year to fill out my return so I can get my refund as soon as possible. It's so easy and TurboTax takes care of all the details and calculations, so I only have to do the easy bits. Last year, I got a return of $3,500 in about 8-14 days (don't remember exactly, but I was surprised at how fast it was transferred right into my bank account). After using TurboTax Online, I simply don't see any other possible way of doing my taxes. It's the best value and easiest way to do my taxes.

Handy and Helpful
This online software really helps to speed tax return and provides great tips for helping you claim more things. I wish it was a bit easier to navigate back to a specific point if you forgot something, but otherwise, easy to use and very helpful!

Easy and Fast
The website is easy to use. It has step by step instructions, and calculates everything automatically. I've been using this site for 4 years, back when it was called Quick Tax, and it's still just as good. Makes Taxes quick and easy compared to paper a few years back. And when I had a question this year, an online accountant answered it quickly and in plain English. Made the whole experience easier.

Best for DIYers
If you think you're smart enough to do your own taxes, you are. My husband and I run two small businesses, and have multiple investment types, and I have been doing our own taxes for years with QuickTax/TurboTax. If you can read and organize yourself reasonably well, don't spend money on an accountant, DIY it instead.

Since I was operating a "small" business with very little deductions, I wish that TurboTax would create or modify their costing to their Business Edition to accomodate those out there that do operate "small" businesses but do not require all the bells and whistles. Paying the same as a "big" small business is wrong.

SO EASY
I was dreading my taxes so much I didn't file until September. When I finally decided to do it, it was WAY easier than I thought it was going to be.

Quick and easy to use
I used to use Quick tax for my personal taxes then a few years ago, I started doing contract work and for a few years I went to an accountant. This year I decided to try Turbo Tax and am so glad I did. It walked me through the Statement of Business. Not only did I get my taxes done in one evening I saved a ton of cash not having to pay an accountant. Try it! You'll love it!

Great do-it-yourself product
Great product, simple to use and lots of helpful tips. It allows me to understand what factors affect the final numbers that are reported to revenue canada, hence prepares me to maximize on tax benefits for the following year.
