super easy
Fantastic program. With multiple properties, home-based businesses, employment income, tuition, donations, etc. we have a rather complex situation, but this process makes it super organized and very easy to complete and within a couple hours it's filed. Highly recommended.

excellent online tax preparation
I have used other online tax websites and turbo tax is by far the easiest to use. It is a step by step guide and very intuitive.

Easy to use.

Still simple and comprehensive
Not a huge fan of step-by-step guides, but this one works and you can move back and forth relatively easily while preparing the return.

Excellent but should have a downgrade option
I've used Turbotax for several years to do my spouse's and my taxes, including employment, rental, business and professional income. It is comprehensive and easy to use. I've never had any problems with it. Whenever I've had questions I have either found answers online or from their support people.
My only complaint is that I was unable to downgrade to a cheaper version after accepting a suggestion to upgrade. It turned out that I didn't need the features of the upgrade version ("home and professional" or something like that) because I was mistaken about the types of income I would be declaring on this year's return. Unfortunately I couldn't find a "downgrade" option anywhere so I was stuck paying for a more expensive version that I didn't need. But it was no biggie.

Errors Creeping In
I like to enter info as it comes in during February and that usually means jumping around from place to place in the program....which sometimes creates unexpected results. I'd like to see the forms in the online version without having to download, so I can check...

Fantastic
I had a difficult and complex tax return, and was leery about doing it on my own, Turbo Tax made everything simple and easy, it also showed me tax savings I otherwise would now have known about, loved the program and will keep using it, great value for the money, 5 times cheaper than the big box store that did my 2010 return and I feel a more through return was done!

Extremely easy to use
For the past 6 years I have submitted my tax return in paper format. This year I had a very confusing employment situation, as well as other investments and adjustments. TurboTax simplified everything for me, and didn't miss a thing. It was a bit on the expensive side, but in the end it made filing taxes a lot easier and simpler.

Simplest way to file!
Filing the old-fashioned way is still the cheapest, but it takes too long and may not be as accurate. I've received better returns every time I compare the two.
