Finds all applicable deductions!
I use TurboTax every year for myself, husband and daughter. Program is up to date with tax changes, finds all applicable deductions, stores previous years files, quickly netfiles with NOA Code.

Save
You need to have SAVE manually during a session. Everything got wiped out because it timed out . Second time around I hit the save button often on the left of the screen.

Great Value

Simply the best!
I love using Turbo Tax to file my taxes. Wow. it makes it so much easier than trying to figure out everything on your own. I have filed my taxes from 2017- present with Turbo Tax and I will continue using Turbo Tax as long as its available.

Add exit to Medical
When you enter Medical Expenses and you enter the last one (for now) and forget and click add new, there needs to be a elegant way to exit. Note the Back link does not work !!!

Excellent service!
This is the first year I have had so many T4 slips as well as a self-employment slip, so I was a bit discouraged that I couldn't figure it out. However, once I spoke with the online agent, she walked me through everything step by step and explained what everything meant! Great experience for a Nervous Nelli
I have always done my own self-employed taxes used Turbo Tax, but still wasn't comfortable with the new format without the use of the forms. I was really nervous and uncertain this year as I started my return and got into a confusing area and then consulted Chat for reassurance. the Chat rep helped me so much and got me back to the beginning to where I could go forward with confidence and he even helped me find my previous returns (just for my own purview). Within an hour, I was completed and sighing with relief - "there, that didn't hurt a bit, did it?" kind of feeling. My uncertainty over my ability to do the task vanished with every step and I am grateful for the assistance and the program for helping me complete this annual annoyance! Thank you so much!

Helped a friend
I used this for the first time just to help a fellow who has a self employed business in the construction industry. I am not a professional tax preparer but since I use Turbo tax for my own tax filing I agreed to help him out as he was so lost about his taxes. He did not make much money this past year as has a disability. The turbo tax program was so easy to use. It allowed me to enter appropriate deductions, his GST number, and then suggested he apply for the Canada Workers Benefit (CWB). It is a refundable tax credit to help individuals and families who are working and earning a low income. He actually qualified for a refund and did not have to pay any taxes this year. Terrific program.
