Has never disappointed me...
This is my 5th year using this software and I have never had any issues. Very up to date on the taxation changes both provincially and federally. For it's value, you can't go wrong; especially if your taxes a a bit more complicated (say with some additional income, or disability insurance, medical expenses to look after family, etc...)

I have used this programme for several years and have found that it gets a little more user friendly each year. Because you only do this once each year the hints clear up the rusty memory and the return is completed easily.

Save time and money..
I used Turbotax for my own business. But Turbo tax Home and business can be used for 20. I hope that intuit can provide a small version product for 1 ~ 3 and more cheaper.

Home & Business Convenience
Turbotax allows me to complete my tax return on my schedule. Working and having a home based business and life makes time very tight,especially during business hours. I am confident in the program - have never had a big miss on proper filing.

Great Tax Filing Tool
I enjoyed preparing and filing my tax returns with TurboTax 2018 Home and Business. The product was easy to use, intuitive and helpful with my questions. The only problem I had was that as a blind screen reader user, I found that the registration screen and one question on the survey were not accessible or screen reader friendly.

Correct, Consistent, Convenient
I've used it for my whole family for years. I love its ability to transfer information between years, between spouses and among family members (e.g. tuition transfers).
The program does an extensive "profile" interview and reminds you of any items that may be important. The "find" feature works very well.
On a price-per-family member basis, it's perfect!

Best way to do your taxes!
I have been using Turbo Tax for 3 years now and I won't ever be doing taxes any other way! I'll start out by saying I am terrible at math, but Turbo Tax makes doing your taxes quick and easy, is reliable and affordable! I like how the program remembers your information from year to year, saves you a lot of time not having to type it all in!

to much printing when doing my business
love turbo tax have used it for years BUT when I print my forms there is to many wasted pages that have nothing on them I should be able to pick and print only the pages I want even if I have to go page by page when I am finished. I do my business taxes and that is where the problem is all the other simple ones for my family are fine

T5 USD BUG
I auto-filled a T5 in USD from Rev Can into TurboTax and it added the amounts to CAD amounts one to one with no conversion from USD to CAD. This bug has existed for years and I well commented in your forums. Perhaps you could just fix it????

Easy to Use
I find this product easy to use and familiar with the process from using it year after year.
