Easy and Efficient
Every year Turbo Tax upgrades it's software and every year taxes are easier and easier to complete. I've been using TurboTax since 2002 and I wouldn't complete my taxes without it!

User Friendly
I used to work for a Tax Service Corporation and I bought their Tax Software to do my personal & family tax returns. I even had problems installing the software. when I had questions, I had next to zero help from the Help Centre.
This is the first time I used Turbotax software...Home & Business (for 12 returns). This software is so user friendly. The questions guided me along were short and easily understood. A quick click to access the tips and warnings messages reassure the 'fields' were filled correctly. There was no frustration in doing the tax returns this year.
Thank you and I definitely would recommend this software to my families and friends.

Great Purchase
I have been using Turbo tax for years. My old neighbour was a Revenue Canada tax auditor and he said it was great. Sure is!

great to have a team of professionals to call to review my tax return. my husband has a small business. i have many concerns each year and its really great to be able to interact with someone regarding the details of the tax returns to be completed

Easy Tax Prep
I have been using the Personal & Small Business for more than 10 years. Easy to use. never had a problem. In 2018 I did my first corporate return easily with the Corporate software. I really like Turbo Tax, good product.

My best partner and a great decision!
I got tired of booking appointments with tax filers, bringing everything ready for them to just do data entry. Many companies hire inexperienced staff to do this, so I ended spending hours and days (and a lot of money) trying to file my taxes through them. The return was not the best and this process was not under my control. So, I decided to make a change, do it myself and learn while I was doing this.
With TurboTax it was an easy process and it provided all the tips, links to Canadian tax law and examples very helpful on different situations. It's been 7 years now and I am very satisfied with this decision. Having my tax life under my control helped to make other financial movements with certainty and clear expectations. I also do the taxes for my wife and other family members- TurboTax: my best partner and a great decision!

Reliable product

The best tax software
I started using this in the early 1990's WinTax. / QuickTax / TurboTax. Every year I have found it not only reliable, bur user friendly. If and when I did encounter an issue, I was greeted by a helpful voice & a guiding hand. Thanks Intuit!

Reliable as Usual
Once again turbotax has assisted our family in completing our taxes.

BEST TAX PROGRAM

Excelent
I really like the program but since I live in the country and do not have internet I can no longer get my access code by phone when I run the program and there is no number to contact on the product so it was useless to me. Luckily by trying different methods with the phone a person came on the line so I was able to activate the product. I don't like the fact that I have to wait for all the updates to file since they usually don't concern my situation. Otherwise the product is excellent.
