The Best
Turbo tax has saved our family a lot of money. It is way cheaper than H&R Block or an accountant. I wouldn't do taxes any other way except for Turbo Tax

Easy tax returns
I am a professional tax preparer but prefer to do my taxes at home and do some for friends as well,that's why I do my taxes from home instead of at work, testing the software each year with our own returns first. Never wrong, 100% as the 'professiona'l software at work. It helps though to have a great understanding of tax returns, answering some of the Easy Step questions, I blow through them - other people might have to think a lot more about which answer to give. Love the carry forward function from last year's info. The software improved much over the years, I am using Turbo Tax for at least 8 years now.

Best Money Spent
I have used QuickTax/TurboTax for well over 20 years. It is very easy to use and I have never had a problem with my returns. The refund amount or amount owing has always been exactly the amount that was submitted.

Tanya is amazing!
I purchased the TurboTax Home and Business CD at Staples and manually entered my own information for my tax return as well as my parent's information for their tax returns using Easy Step, being a young adult with no accounting background or knowledge of how to file taxes manually I thought it best to pay for the Pro Review service to give my parents some added peace of mind and Tanya was absolutely amazing! She was very helpful and explained everything each step of the way! She took her time and has a lot of patience, absolutely amazing customer service! She was able to explain everything in laymen's terms and make everything understandable and applicable and she gave tips for how to file our taxes in the future and what information needs to be input in what section. She was an absolute pleasure to deal with and if I won the lottery she would definitely be getting a large portion of my winnings! :) Thank you again for your help and happy holidays! :)

Only Way to Go
I have used TurboTax and its predecessors for many years. It makes filing income tax returns as easy it can be. I like the review cues when you're ready to file. It might be nice if, when you're using the program, it would create your own list of forms that you're using so that you don't have to go back through all the forms again if you need to revisit it. Otherwise very satisfied.

Grateful for the Easier form
Thanks to Turbo Tax, it was a much easier journey this year through the complications of completing my taxes. The Bookmarks were particularly helpful, and it was far easier to move between Easy Step and the forms.
I look forward to next year's software.

Peace of Mind
Being self-employed as well as a pensioner, I really appreciate the thoroughness of Turbotax Home & Business. It doesn't let me accidentally forget anything, and doing taxes myself not only saves me huge accountants' fees, but lets me do my return in stages, as I gather up all the info that I discover I need as I work through the process.

Straight Forward Return
I used TurboTax Home and Business for filing my personal return combined with my small home based business info again this year. It imports the data from the previous years return to make starting easy. The "Easy Step" questions ensure you get prompted with the proper screens later on to enter all your relevant data. If you have to make any manual changes in the numbers you can switch to "Forms" view and manually make a data change - but be sure you know what you are doing. I had to use this technique for one specific CCA Class item. I would recommend this product to friends and plan to continue using it in future years.
