a great purchase
It is the best program ever to use. It easy, straight forward instructions. I have been using it for more than 10 years now; and I will continue to keep using them. It works really well to due one or more accounts; which is really helpful to many family members. I would recommend it to everyone.

Great Tool for small business owners!

Smooth as velvet
This year I had it pretty easy, imported the prior return, imported a few slips, and walked around the bases (questions), and I was done in about 10 minutes. Now if I could only get the Gvt's hands out of my wallet.

Best Tax Software Ever

Solid product
Have used it for years, very helpful.
This was my first time using the home & business version, and I found it more glitchy than the basic. Several times it locked up or added forms that weren't needed. But the end result was fine.

Still dependnable despite last-minute glitches
TurboTax has been a valued companion for many years when I come to do my taxes. The advice and information I get has lead to a fair and equitable tax result year over year. This year, I was filing quite late indeed on April 30th.. When I tried a few days ago to have a Pro Review done, I was disappointed to find that there was a technical issue which prevented me from doing so. I ended up filing anyway without the review, and I believe that I have the right figures, but I missed the chance to have that expert conversation that confirms my choices and provides insight into next year's tax planning. This challenge does not prevent me from sending a hearty and positive recommendation concerning this outstanding method of tax preparation.

I FOUND A TURBOTAX ERROR
PLEASE BE AWARE!! When I entered a T4RIF it automatically went into line 130 "Other Income" but s/b in line 115 "Pension Income" so that it can be included in Income Splitting.

Gets Easier Every Year
This product is a life-saver. It's easier to use each year and has more guidelines and helpful information. I trust TurboTax more than I did the accountants we had doing this before. The accountants made errors every year, but TurboTax has never made an error in the submission!

Glitch
There was a glitch in this years version where it would loop you and not let you exit a return. It would ask you to continue, would you like to save etc and then would keep looping on that

Pricey
I find this product to be expensive. Last year I could do it online and this year I couldn't get access to the forms I needed for my home business :( Very disappointed that I had to pay twice the price to file only 2 returns.
