Very Intuit-ive!
Turbo Tax is a very intuitive piece of tax software. I am not an accountant and yet for the last 3 years I have been filing my taxes on my own. The guided forms, tips, wizards and warnings make it very easy for anyone to file their taxes without having to pay someone else to do it. INTUIT-ive indeed!

Easier than ever!
This years version is really simple to use. Not any guesswork. I did not have to ask for any help, not that I need it, but sometimes questions come up you are not sure, just click on explore for the question you need more information on, and it generally helps answer indecisions.

Fairly easy
I have used an accountant before for my very small business and I still have to get all the paper work ready for the accountant anyway, this is not any different except for the fact that I can see all the deductions I can use instead of with the accountant where I didn't know any. The only part that I found tricky is when it comes to investments . That is a bit harder. If you have basic investments like rrsp's that give you clear forms then it's really easy.

Buy it every year
Most tedious part is getting all my papers together. Turbo Tax allows me the flexibility to import data, enter data by forms, or follow Easy Steps. I tend to jump around depending on the section I'm dealing with. I get through it all without too much pain. I can't imagine doing my taxes without Turbo Tax

My Dad buys the home & business version every year and I then get to tag along on one of the 20 returns you can make.
While I'm against the over-complication of the tax code, this program does its best to simplify it. Because of that, I'm eager to get my hands on this program each year.
I've never used a competitor program. However, until I run into a problem, I see no reason to switch.
